What is The Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code is an energy healing method that helps release “trapped emotions” — unresolved feelings that your subconscious has been holding onto. These stuck energies can cause stress, discomfort, or even block you from feeling fully like yourself. By releasing them, your body and mind often feel lighter, freer, and more at peace.
2. What is The Body Code?
The Body Code is a more in-depth system that looks at six main areas of imbalance — things like trapped emotions, misalignments, nutrition, toxins, pathogens, and limiting beliefs. It’s like giving your subconscious a voice, showing us what needs attention so your body can naturally move back toward balance and wellness.
3. How does a session work?
Sessions are gentle and conversational. I connect with your subconscious using muscle testing (a form of biofeedback) and intuitive questioning. We identify what your body wants to release or balance, and I use simple techniques (like a magnetic energy release) to clear it. You don’t need to relive trauma or tell your whole story — the process is easy, safe, and often surprisingly quick.

9. What is a Heart-Wall, and why would I want to clear it?
A Heart-Wall forms when your subconscious builds a “protective shield” of trapped emotions around your heart. It helps during tough times, but later it can block you from fully giving and receiving love, joy, and connection. Clearing the Heart-Wall is one of the most powerful ways people experience more openness, lightness, and emotional freedom.
10. Can this help pets too?
Yes! Animals carry emotional energy just like humans, and Emotion Code/Body Code sessions can help release stress, fear, and behavioral patterns. Many pets become calmer, more affectionate, or less reactive after sessions.
